Prof. Dr. J. Raja Murugadoss is a leading expert in Outcome Based Education
(OBE) and Accreditation (OBA) who can educate on the true philosophy of OBE.
Holding a Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from Anna University in 2008, Raja
is a thorough Academician since 1999 and turned out to be an Administrator from
2010. He is into training of Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy (RBT), OBE, OBA, Teaching
Pedagogies and Open Book Examination System since 2009. He had visited various
institutes as an Expert member enabling the institution mastering OBE leading to
accreditation. He is involved in research on OBE and has published research papers
and book chapters on Education Technology. He has a deep passion in enabling the
faculty fraternity to master in RBT, OBE, OBA and designing innovative T&L
practices. He has copyrights for few T&L practices. He has trained more than 2000
teaching professionals on RBT, OBE and OBA.
Dr. R. Priya Vaijayanthi is a Professor in Computer Science and Engineering. She is into teaching since 2000. She has a vast work experience in premier Autonomous Institutions and have deep knowledge of quality Academic Processes. She had attended trainings on RBT, OBE and OBA to become a master trainer on these. She has been a resource person for RBT and OBE workshops and trainings. As a passionate teacher, she has developed and implemented T&L practices on Programming languages, Data Structures, Algorithms and Competitive Programming. She also has mastery in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Who are we?
Accreditation is the process to ensure the quality of education and to have continued
improvement in academic processes. NBA accreditation aims to promote excellence
in technical education in India. Having more than 500 Engineering colleges in every
state, India is leading in producing engineering graduates every year. To showcase
the quality of programmes offered, getting accreditation has become mandatory for
all the institutes. Internal stakeholders of an institute have to deeply understand the
essence of accreditation and to involve themselves in the process.

Satyanarayana Raju Institute of Technology (NSRIT) along with Mr. N. Kanaka Raju
under the visionary leadership of Shri. N. Satyanarayana Raju, President, NSRIT.
His interest towards OBE enabled RUBRICS on board with the NSRIT Technology
Business Incubator Centre and Centre for Academic Excellence, the training arm of
IQAC with an intention of bringing awareness on OBE among the stakeholders with
the true spirit and support institutions to nurture the outcome based education
among stakeholders in the way it is being expected..

commerce background at undergraduate level.. He has an in-depth understanding
on the today’s generation and HEIs while realising the significance of Outcome
